We will call you and schedule an appointment at your preferred time and place.(It is recommended that we meet at the site or location where the house needs to be designed)
We request that you send us the floor plan, if possible, before the meeting. (Having a floor plan in advance provides us with the necessary information to prepare for the meeting, making it easier for us to contribute quality inputs during the discussion.)

We meet you in person to understand your requirements and plan your budget.(Pictures and measurements may be taken at that time with your permission)

After we agree on the quotation, commencement date, and delivery timeline, you will need to pay a 10% token advance. Once we confirm receipt of this payment, we will begin work on the final rendering design.
We will also visit the site with you to demonstrate where things would fit and how big or small they would be.

Once you have approved the final design draft, you will need to sign an agreement with us. Additionally, a payment of 40% of the total funds will be required.
We can begin the work between 7 to 10 working days after we receive the payment, or on a later date as per your request and convenience.
(Once the design, colour, material, height, and length have been agreed upon, we will not accept any changes to the design, colour, or length during the work process or after it has commenced. Changes at this stage can delay the project, and we prioritize punctuality.)

Upon successfully completing 50% of the work, 30% of the remaining funds will have to be released.(Delaying payment delays the work)
On successful completion of work, the balance of 20% of the funds will have to be released.
